To state it in softer approach, they are just un-friendly.
What happened? If I have a very bright sunlight hitting my back, and obviously not comfortable with the situation, and ask, POLITELY, whether I can rectify this problem to an extent that will bring both parties to some level of agreement, should the other party snap back at me in disgust?
Should he talk harshly (this is almost equivalent to shouting) when confronted in this kind of situation?
Must he demonstrate to me the kind of ass he is?
Do I really care?
